We sort and manage returns by the name in which they are addressed to. For example, your mailing name could be your brand name, website or business name. Each account allows the use of up to 2 mailing names.

If you need to receive returns in more than 2 names, the cost per additional mailing name is £2.99 per month.

We can forward your parcels/packages to you anywhere in the world. We’d normally consolidate them into one package (to save on postage) and send to you at your preferred frequency (normally weekly or monthly). All you pay is the cost of postage (Royal Mail standard rates, unless you specify a different delivery provider) + 20% handling/packaging fee.

Strictly by appointment only, you can arrange to collect your items in person from our warehouse in Birmingham. There is no additional charge for collections.

For the duration you hold an active account with us, we can hold and securely store your parcels/packages at no extra charge until further notice (as long as the amount isn’t excessive).

If you don’t want or need any parcels/packages that have been returned, then we can dispose of them for you at no extra charge. If you authorise us to dispose of them, you agree that we may do so in a way that we deem appropriate taking into account what would be most environmentally friendly.

You’ll be authorised to use our real UK street address as your returns address.

The actual address is based in the Midlands (Birmingham). You do not need to be based in or even near our location yourself to use the service (we have clients worldwide).

The full address will be released to you when you sign-up (we do this to prevent unauthorised use).

We give you a real, physical UK mail address to use which gives a better impression, image and improved credibility.

With us, we tailor our service to suit your business requirements with flexible mail handling.

Our service is also more private, discreet and confidential compared to Royal Mail’s PO Box service. As if that wasn’t enough, we’re cheaper too, with no long contracts.

Our service is designed for anyone who sells small-medium sized products online; regardless of volume. We work with individuals, sole traders/proprietors and companies from the UK and around the world.

We can accept small-medium sized parcels and packages, including any deliveries that need to be signed for. We just ask that items aren’t excessive in weight and size.

You must ensure that when you give out your new returns address, it is clear to any customers sending a return to you that they should include your mailing name (for example, the name of your store). You must also inform us of any mailing names you intend to use so that returns received can be matched to your account.

As standard, our packages allow two (2) mailing names. For example, this could be the name of your business, website or brand. If you require more than two names, you can purchase additional mailing names at a cost of £2.99 each per month. To add additional mailing names, please contact us.

We’ll handle your returns exactly as you’ve instructed us to. You can specify how you would like us to handle your returns during the sign-up process. If you need to change these instructions at any point, just contact us.

You can change/update your mail handling preferences at any time by contacting us.

Yes, by appointment only. We do this to ensure your items are ready for you when you arrive. For security, you’ll be asked to show proof of ID before we release any items.

If you’ve opted to have your returns forwarded, it will typically take 1-2 working days to be received from when it left our warehouse. For international, it will normally take between 3-7 working days from when it left our warehouse. 

If you’ve asked us to open, inspect, photograph and notify you or log your returns as we receive them, we aim to do this within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of receiving it at our warehouse.

No. This service is strictly for product returns only.

Due to regulations, we do not allow our address to be used as a virtual office, for general correspondence and/or with Companies House.

Yes. You can start using the address immediately upon signing-up, but before we can release any returns received to you, you’ll need to upload photo ID. We have to do a basic verification to meet our legal obligations. This is secure and we’ve made it quick and easy. Find out more here.

If you no longer require our service and wish to cancel, please contact us. Your account will be terminated at end of the current period and any returns still being held or received after this will be disposed of.
